Trumbull Studios presents the art installation and zine release of RUSK, collaboration between photographer Julian Gilbert and graffiti vandal Rusk, opening on August 10 from 7 pm to 11 pm, and on view through August 24. Trumbull Studios is located at 143 Roebling, 3rd floor, Brooklyn, New York.
A zine in a limited edition of 100, numbered and signed by Julian and Rusk, will be available, as will a limited edition T-shirt of 60.
Julian Gilbert is a 25 year old native New Yorker, born and raised in Lower Manhattan, where he continues to live with his dog. He graduated from the School Of Visual Arts with a B.F.A. in photography.
Rusk was born at the beginning of time in the jungle and raised by wolves in the mountains. Rusk is everybody and no one at all.
Trumbull Studio is a creative productions and exhibition space through which young and talented artists, both emerging and established, have come and gone since 2011. The Studio was founded to stimulate and promote the production, development and appreciation of artistic and cultural content.
